Daniel Maudonnet is a composer, arranger, pianist and an educator. His respectful career has been built over solid education background. He has graduated both from Carlos Gomes Music College in Brazil, and Berklee College of Music in USA. He is attending the Master Degree program at Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Hilton Valente, JoAnne Brackeen, Hal Crook and Charlie Banacos were among his teachers.

His writing works have been played by Tatuí Symphonic Concert Band, São José dos Campos Symphonic Orchestra, Tom Jobim Orchestra, Women Philharmonic Orchestra,   Kantonsschule Wettingen Big Band, Soundscape Bigh Band and Villa-Lobos Quintet. He has participated at cultural projects such as Avon Women in Concert and Pró Bandas from São Paulo State Government. He has also worked with established singers such as Moraes Moreira and upcoming stars such as Giana Viscardi and Paula Mirhan.

Mr. Maudonnet leads his group Daniel Maudonnet Nonet playing original Brazilian music recorded at his debut CD called Pescador (2013).

He develops an extensive academic work teaching Harmony, Arrangement, Composition and Piano. He is faculty member at Souza Lima Music College and he performs lectures and workshops in Brazil and abroad.

Ludwig Master Publications has published his concert band pieces Arraial da Ventania and Favorito.

He is the creator and keynote speaker of Jazz Concept, an unique lecture that makes an analogy between jazz structural organization and the corporate environment through a live jazz performance. His clients are Itaú Bank, Bank of Brasil, BASF, Astrazeneca, Camargo Corrêa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, Bluestar Silicon, SKY, COSAN among others.
